Shippable

Shippable compares what your open orders need with the stock you can actually ship, then gives every reviewed order one answer: can ship or cannot ship. What happens after that answer is up to you — a tag, a hold, or nothing at all.

A run compares demand — what open orders still need — with what each location can actually supply, oldest order first. Every judged order gets a verdict, and your configuration decides what the app does with each verdict.

Nothing is inferred and nothing is remembered between runs: the same store read twice gives the same answers.

  • A verdict for every reviewed order, in the order the orders were placed.
  • A run log naming the orders behind a shortfall, with the variant and the number of units short.
  • The actions you configured: tags added or removed, holds placed or released.

Only what Shopify reports as available at the locations you chose: on hand, minus everything already committed or otherwise unavailable. Incoming stock never counts, because the question is what can ship now, not what could ship next week.

An order outside the run still spends stock. Its units stay committed, so the same stock is never promised twice.

  • It does not split orders or edit them.
  • It does not model preorders. Incoming stock is never counted, so a preorder tag is only ever an exclusion.
  • It does not give a pooled, shop-wide answer, and it does not move stock between locations.
  • It does not do carrier rates, pick-and-pack, or 3PL integration.
